What should I wear?

Loose clothing (shorts/tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt) It’s a good idea to also bring a bottle of water. We also have club merchandise, such as Doboks, T-Shirts, Kick Trousers and Hoodies, if you wish to purchase and train in these.

 

How old do I have to be?

Classes available for all, from 3-5 year olds and 5+ years …all the way up to Adults. Free Trial sessions available too!

 

Do I have to be fit?

No, the classes are built around becoming fitter gradually.
